Equipment preparation forms an integral operation of NSSES business. Under the Service Department, it directs all mobilization of equipment and personnel in the day-to-day operational activities in an efficient and timely manner. |

With a total strength of more than 40 employees, NSSES Service Department is heavily involved in the assembly, testing and pre-delivery inspection of heavy earthmoving equipment for more than 30 years. Our staff and workers are well trained and are able to handle the complete range of equipment from the smaller forklift to the biggest mining trucks and loaders. With technical sound personnel, whom are complimented with the up-to-date facilities that we have, we will always ensure customer satisfaction and expectation are met. Some of the Service Department facilities and features include but are not limited to the followings :-
 Workshop
Two fully equipped workshops with over head cranes to cater for fabrication, welding, machine assembly work,.
 Fabrication & Welding
Welding works which meet the stringent quality standard can be achieved. Our current pool of welders are qualified to AWS standard and have many years of welding experience with the oil and gas industry related structures beside the normal welding of truck dump bodies and skid base for engine genset packages.
Spray Paint & Wash area
Large and well equipped paint shops and wash area that meet stringent environment and pollution control requirements is another feature of our shop. Currently all machines and genset packages that are prepared in our shop are normally given a complete wash and follow up with a fresh coat of paint before delivery. Having our own paint facilities give us the flexibility to manage our schedule beside being able to accommodate customer's special request on colour preferences.

Complex Diagnostic Tools
 Latest electronic testing tools to carry out diagnosis and troubleshooting of electronic engines and instruments of vehicular electronic equipment. With these, we are able to support the servicing and repair of these equipment efficiently. We will constantly acquire latest tools on a regular basis to ensure that we are able to cope with complex tasks with ease.
